PCP Guidance Person Centred Planning Guidance

This guidance came out in January 2002. It was written to help Learning Disability Partnership Boards work out how they could write 'frameworks for person centred planning'. They had to write these frameworks by April 2002.

These frameworks would say how people with learning disabilities would have the support they needed to plan their lives, in a person centred way.
