Housing Resource Pack

 
The Valuing People Now and PSA16 Housing Delivery Plan was launched on 31st March 2010.
 
This is a cross-government plan led by the Department of Health and Department for Communities and Local Government, to help people with learning disabilities get more choice and control in where they live.
 
The delivery plan is supported by the Socially Excluded Adults Public Service Agreement target (PSA16 target) that aims to increase the amount of adults with moderate to severe learning difficulties in settled accomodation.

Housing Rights Resource Pack

 
Also launched on 31st March 2010 is the Housing Rights Resource Pack which cover many subjects around different housing options available for people with learning disabilities.
 
These publications have been commissioned by the Department of Health and Valuing People Now Team.
 
The leaflets are completely new resources and some publications have been updates to include new legislation and options.
