Advocacy Toolkit Advocacy Toolkit

Valuing People said that people should get a choice of where they can get advocacy support. This could be different organisations or different types of advocacy. They should be able to get advocacy support in their local area (near where they live). Advocacy support should be independent. We wrote this toolkit to help Partnership Boards plan to make this happen. It is not about telling advocacy groups how to run, it is about helping Partnership Boards make sure everyone gets equal chance to have advocacy.
