Purple Tick Change Management

'Change management' is ways we know work to make organisations change. This page will have some useful papers about change management on. Partnership Boards are very important in making Valuing People happen. In our first 2 years we put on 'change management action learning sets' for every Partnership Board lead officer. They were run by Organisational Development Associates, and Hilary Barnard Associates.
